Would it be possible to clear out the scoby from the fridge? Seems just to be taking up shelf space at this point.
Oh dear, I had no idea it was still there! I left it for someone else, forget who, but evidently they didn’t collect it. I’m overseas at the moment, so please throw it away on my behalf.
