Josh would be right if the machine profile is incorrect. The file will flat out not be shown on the printer if the machine is mid-matched.
Wouldn’t imagine this is any issue with the file.
On the as card side, the printers tend not to play ball as well if the card has othe files on it and it doesn’t always play well with folder structures. Also the sd card slots on the machines can be a bit flakey sometimes and a bit slow to show up if the card has a lot on it.
