I was sent the below pictures of a leather chair in a bit of a banged up state and was asked how difficult it would be to restore.
To me it looks like a bit too far gone, but I have no real upholstery / leather working experience. Is there anything that could be done to make it look presentable again or would it be more effort than it’s worth?
