I made a colour-coded system yesterday enabling us to identify more easily the various sewing machines cords, cables, pedals and plugs.
Here’s a hopefully self-explanatory image showcasing it. Note how there’s a white label saying ‘Wimsew’ and the base of the boxes that say ‘Wimsew’ and contain, you guessed it, Wimsew sewing machines. If you then look at the box of cables, there’s a white bag containing 1x complete pedal setup you need for any of the machines with a white label. The pedals themselves have fresh new labels as well. Same applies for Singer (purple) and Janome (salmon? Pink.). There’s also a brownish bag for yet unidentified cables; if someone wants to go ahead and complete the system, please do.
