I ported the LED Panel code to ARM , mbed

For who still have the panels, here is my take on the code , ported from arduino to mbed, this example is supposed to be used with NUCLEO-F411RE.

From 2.5k of ram and 32k of rom to 128k of ram and 512k or rom , 16mhz to 100mhz.
