If the door fob reader for Arch 1 just says “connecting…” it needs to be rebooted
- Find someone who has access to the backup key (including @directors)
- Gain access to Arch 1
- Disconnect the red wire from the junction box (see below)
- After 3s or so, reconnect the red wire
- Check if the reader is working
