If the door fob reader for Arch 2 just says “connecting…” it needs to be rebooted. Please follow the following steps:
- Gain access to Arch 2
- Turn off the door control power via the switch (circle 1)
- At the moment the battery is disconnected but if it is back on please do the following steps:
- Disconnect the backup battery (circle 2) within the enclosure. The black plastic key should be on a red wire close to the leftmost box.
- Reconnect the battery and close the box.
- Turn the door control power back on after 10sec
