If the door fob reader for Arch 2 just says “connecting…” it needs to be rebooted
- Find someone who has access to the backup key (including @directors)
- Gain access to Arch 2
- Turn off the door control power via the switch
- Disconnect the backup battery within the enclosure. The black plastic key should be on a red wire close to the left most box.
- Reconnect the battery, turn the switch back on, lock the box, return both keys
