I posted some stuff about how to recondition batteries here, in case it’s any use:

I have recently replaced my cordless drill because the batteries don’t hold their charge for very long. I’m happy to give away the old one to anyone who would like it. It’s a blue Bosch. Drill-driver only - no hammer action. Comes in a case, with the manual and two not great batteries. [20241007_095934]
