Help with laser cutter

hope someone has had this issue and solved it.

i cannot cut files which i have cut before!
the print screen comes up with a red line around it which i think is normally black
and job control comes up with cannot position any more jobs on this plate

“cannot position any more jobs” is usually because your job is too large. Is “minimize to job size” ticked in the print prefs?

Or if not minimise make sure the document size isn’t bigger than the bed, note that the bed has rulers on it bigger than the software will allow it to cut.
