Help Identifying Audio Circuit Board

Hi All,

I’m having some problems with the audio in my car. With some crude troubleshooting I think I have identified the faulty component.

There are four wires that connect to this board, two from the audio output of the head unit and then two which lead to a 3.5mm stereo jack that ultimately feeds the speakers.

I was hoping someone could help me identify the nature of this board so I can order a replacement:

Those are audio isolation transformers (“rep coils” in BBC speak) to prevent interference due to earth loops. I’d be very surprised if they had failed. Do neither of the channels work?

What is the fault symptom?
