I will bring laptop, which has HDMI connection - does the big TV have HDMI input. I will bring spare HDMI cable, plus 3.5 stereo jack -> phono cable. Does stereo system have photo (RCA) inputs free?
Yes, both big TV and projector have HDMI

Another good option would be BalvenieUS: Raw Craft with Anthony Bourdain which are 15min videos on different “Raw Craft/makers”. They are free to watch on their YouTube Channel and their are currently 14 episodes.
