Long shot, but someone asked me for advice buying a laptop when I was in on Friday 10th, but I forgot their name and didn’t get their discourse name. Aaanyway, I did some searching and asked a couple friends, and by general feeling is Asus are probably the best bet on a budget these says, as they’ve got some options with a decent amount of RAM and a discrete GPU at £1000 give or take 200, and other places I’ve checked seem pricier for equivalent specs.
