A map of the estate on a wall near the entrance would be helpful. I don’t know what the landlords appetite for this would be, though.

I did think of doing it but was tired after having already a long day at work and fixing Arch 2 internet.

They certainly didn’t spend the money on their website, it’s awful! 
I’d caution that theres been a recent trend in people taking shorter Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) 1 day courses to save money over the 3 day First Aid at Work (FAW) course, and it’s my view having done both that in a workshop environment, the additional days are essential.
