Filled in open for new member survey but wait response back

Hey all,

I filled in the survey 7 days ago and am waiting for the next steps on this to get access. It mentioned it would take 24hours .

Any ideas?

Should be all sorted now - the wording on the email is a little ambiguous: it’s 24 hours after the whole survey closes, rather when the individual ones are filled in
