The organisation of the site is very much up for grabs. The current setup of Categories and Subcategories seemed senesible to me, but you may have better ideas. Let’s have them 
Feedback on Discourse
I quite like how it’s organised. I think a clear “home” button on the top bar (other than clicking the M icon) might be useful. I also think a link or embed of teh Google Calendar with upcoming events might be helpful?
I’m confused by the uMeet, which i think is about elecronics and micro-controllers. uMeet doesn’t appear in the events category.
Discussion is a good general topic, but as an outsider i’d like a quick way to see the projects people are working, at least from those that are happy to share publicly. So a clearly visible Projects Category/sub category would be nice.
Took me a second to work out how to get back to the main home page. Eventually clicked the logo. So yeah a button labled “home” would probably help people.
Other than some topic/category labeling conundrums, looks great.
