Before Use
The machine has various modes of operation dependant on the print being made.
During Use
Make sure to add adhesion material where applicable. If the plate needs to be cleaned. remove from the printer and only clean the build surface down with water/isopropyl alcohol and insure that the build plate is fully dry before re-inserting. Make sure to watch the full first layer go down to ensure adhesion. Periodically check on the machine to make sure the print is still on the build plate.
After Use
- Remove the build plate from the machine and flex it, being careful not to over-bend it, to release the print from the surface. Please try to avoid using the metal scraper where possible to extend the lifespan of the print surfaces.
- Clear all filament from the waste chute and the build plate. Clean the build plate of any adhesive used (see above)
Maintenance
Users should not change inks and/or the machine cleaning revisor. The mini and standard bed for the machine are sacrificial though care should be take to prolong the lifespan of the beds. Do not change the sacrificial beds on the machine.
