Very much looking forward to starting on an embroidery project, I am a newbie and looking for all the tips I can get on how to go about creating bespoke embroidery patterns for the machine…could anyone help? I have some digital files of a few logos/creations I would like to turn to patterns for the machine, but not sure where to even start! Any help is highly appreciated
The inkstitch plugin for Inkscape is what (I believe) most of us are using to get from a vector image to code for the machine to read
yes! I’ve used ink stitch to make custom patterns for a friend’s embroidery machine and have a few projects planned I’m hoping to use the one in the studio for. I’m happy to help you with the program or give tips on setting up assets for embroidery!
