Embroidery machine tangled thread

Hi, I was using the embroidery machine and it pulled and tangled thread. All the tangled thread has been removed from the machine and tested with one of the default designs- but I think it would be a good idea if it was checked by @textiletechs.

I’ll have a look over the weekend - if it’s working ok and the thread has been de-tangled we should be ok.
Any idea how the tangle happened?

I used it tonight before I saw this message. Was fine :slight_smile:

Sewing machine love to just eat the threads sometimes.
