Pretty sure logic-logic. It’s to go between something attached to me, and an op-amp.

I have some 4N25’s somewhere - probably need a bit more detail on what your up to but these are Phototransistor based jobs

the 4n25’s are ‘high Hz/low Khz’ devices, I don’t have anything that posh as the 6N’s !
