Dremel and lookalike problems

Hi,

I noticed the cordless dremel isn’t running smoothly. The rotating spindle is clicking like the bearing inside is shot, and it makes a noise it shouldn’t make.

Also the corded lookalike wouldn’t turn on.

Tagging @metaltechs but given how busy they (he?) are (is?) it would be great if someone with experience working with rotary tools could have a look

I used it on Monday. It did not make any weird noise.
