Donation Request and Pledge Drive: Bike Rack

Hello all,

The bike area now has one and only one need: A new bike rack.

If you or anyone you know can source or loan us a real, safe bike rack. Please get in touch or put them in touch ASAP. We previously had space for 50 bikes. It’s likely we can only offer compensation in the form of trade from our lovely team, but if it’s a reasonable financial request, please still get in contact.

THIS IS THE ONLY DONATION THE BIKE AREA IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING

This is because it is impossible to add anything to the area until we have real bike racks for project storage.

P.S, this post is speculative until we have director and landlord approval, but I wanted to get the process rolling

I appreciate the gesture and see why, but I’d heard rumour there might be a donation floating around, which is why I titled it that. If you could switch it to a Donation request/Pledge drive when you get a chance, I’d appreciate it.

Though another post just suggested something might be happening, I’ve not been in the loop on, so wait-and-see for a min or two.

Just to quickly jump in, I believe @mbg has an update RE bike racks that he is due to post. which he will do on the main bike rack post.
