Digitising cassette tapes (VHS/8mm/Audio)

I’ve returned from the Christmas hols with a big bag of VHS, 8mm video camera tapes and audio cassettes that my family would like digitising.

I don’t have equipment that can play any of these formats so my first task is to source some equipment. Does anyone have some equipment that I could borrow or rent that would allow me to play and digitise them?

Any help much appreciated.

I have an HDMI capture card (4k60, USB 3)and you can borrow my extron scaler (DSC 301 HD) it’s very good with composite content, so you only need a tape player

I’ve got an old Tape Deck haven’t looked it for years probably needs new belts a changing members of fairly trivial job
