Hi i recently got talking to the man who was refurbing the colchester lathe and in particular the DRO i think…he very kindly offered to introduce me to the machine,its been awhile since my training over in uxbridge…stupidly i didnt get his name and have not yet bumped in to him on my visits…can we make contact?its dave mccairley here

It was probably either myself or @VintageSteel.
The best way to get introduced to lathe is to have an induction on it, but we will be more than happy to meet and have a chat on how to proceed.
Do you have a specific project in mind?
We are at the space pretty much every weekend and a few evenings in the week too, pop in and let’s chat!
