The folks at CCW/Chelsea are asking for us to take part in an event next week all week, mainly with some kind of display of information about us, leaflets etc…

Can we help with that?

A display with info is easy enough.

We’d need more info, especially on what commitment is needed and timing. Does they need someone to be there?

Personally I don’t any time between now and next week.

Can someone prepare something?

We have a CCW Digital Maker Week event 16 May - 20 May 2016, and we’d like to share/highlight a few key makerspaces in London we think students should know about - Would you be able please to come along (as early in the week as possible) and share some info about South London Makerspace, could be posters fliers &/or just be around to talk to visitors ?

Just any info we can point students to , to show what South London Makerspace are about & offer?

If they’ve got a screen, we’ve got a very nice loop. Probably the most effective way to show who we are and what we’ve achieved.

No, hadn’t seen a reply. Haven’t seen contact info or suggestion to follow up directly.

If they’ve got a screen, I can send a download link to a video to loop.

I think we forget about it, they didn’t give us much notice and it’s started already.
