Can't pay for membership with my credit card

Have been unable to make my business credit card a payment method on the SLMS store at
https://southlondonmakerspace.org/my-account/payment-methods/
It is a barclaycard business credit card (Mastercard).
When I put the details in, I get to the 2FA screen, hit continue and it fails after there.

I’ve spoken to their customer support and they told me the following:
It is not working because the vendor is "not using the 3DS protocol."

For now I’ve had to use my personal card.

I wanted to see if anything can be done to get my credit card to work?

I should add that the custoemr support people I’ve spoken to do not seem like they know everything, so it is possible they have got it completely wrong - but, I wanted to flag this in case their diagnosis is correct and this may affect not just me but others too.

WooCommerce should support 3D secure. Would be good to see the issue in person.

I’ll see if I can get it to work later today. I’m confident it’s just some issues with my credit card, not the SLMS setup, since I know someone else with the same card used it for their subscription fine!

Why customer support told me what they told me - no idea.

We use WooCommerce at my work, generally when payment errors happen (repeatedly) it can be easiest to cancel the subscription/direct debit/standing order, and start it afresh.

Not sure if that’s best here but worth considering if there’s nothing visibly up with your card.
