Calum is going to help me braze a small spout that’s fallen off my teapot thingy-ma-jiggy.
Just need a wee bit, be ever so grateful if I borrow a rod, happy to pay for whatever I use…trying to save costs rather not buy a whole set from screwfix.

Might be worth asking nicely at the mechanics next to us? I’d imagine they use that kind of thing…
They had our last ones. I know that they don’t use them because they had to ask me , tha use mig for everything
If cost is an issue - we could try to tig weld it instead without using filler, depending on thickness of it. I think there is some pretty thin steel sheet we can do a practise on to see how possible it will be.
Sorry only read the post quickly, thought you were taking about welding rods.
