Booking the space for woodwork induction on Saturday 30.11

I’m a little bit rusty with the induction process. I do not remember how to book the space for the induction on the calendar. It looks all over complicated to me. Could anyone give me a hand? I have created a topic for an induction on the 30.11 at 11am. It looks like someone with shutter access needs to create a topic?
