Blender sculpting help wanted — Iron Man-style armour (CAD skills traded)

Hi, my name is Godfrey Ampoma.

What I’ve done so far:

Took full body measurements here at the space
Scaled helmet and armour parts in Blender to match my head and body size
Designed a flexible TPU neck piece from scratch in Onshape
Working on sculpting helmet, bicep, chest, and shin pieces to match my own drawings
Learned to mirror parts (Shift+D → S X -1)
Solved disappearing view issues (Numpad . / Frame Selected)
Share my portfolio at Electronics Evening on 22nd October 2026

What I’m finding tricky right now:

Sculpting in Blender in order to match my drawings - lumpy surfaces and lines that won’t smooth away
Finding or designing remaining parts: chestpiece and eyes (made of PETG), boots/feet - searched Thangs, Printables, Thingiverse but haven’t found what I need
Making sure everything scales and fits together properly before printing

What I’m looking for:

Anyone with Blender sculpting experience who could show me the right workflow
People interested in building, 3D printing, or designing suit parts together

I was at Electronics Evening on 22nd October 2026 and spoke with Jem and others. Jem suggested posting here. I was given an email address from someone at the space who knows a Blender user. I should have asked for theirs too. If that person is reading this, or if anyone else has experience with:

Blender sculpting / refining surfaces
Sourcing or adapting Iron Man-style armour 3D models
Preparing files for PLA+, TPU and PETG printing
