Best way to cut polyurethane foam

Hi, does any one have any good idea on what the best way to cut polyurethane foam is? I know that the laser can’t do it… Can the CNC maybe do it? @CNCtechs

I want to make a custom packaging insert for clock parts.

See my styrofoam mock up to get an idea.

Yes you can use the CNC for cutting foam like this.

There’s videos online with some good practices.
