Best way to cut Formica sheets?

Might need to cut large Formica sheets , 8x4ft 'ish down to size…what’s the best way to avoid splitting and chipping?

Likely using 1-1.5mm Formica.

Need clean edges as it’s going down on boards…various types, plywood, mdf …edges will be visible

3 options

1.Help fix the scoring blade on the table saw

2 drop the knife and set the blade at 2mm and put it through backwards lift blade and run it through forwards.

  1. masking tape and just go for it.

Ok that is how you do it if it’s stuck to the bord .
