When using Robert this morning I tried to load up a filament in AMS slot 3 and saw it was blocked. It looks like some filament is jammed near the entrance. I’m not sure if I caused it to be honest (I’m not sure how if I did), and I’m not sure how to clear it. If one of the techs could take a look I’d appreciate it.
Bambu AMS filament jam
I have managed to get the jam out. I believe it was the small piece of filament that is normally cut off but the cutter in the print head before filament removal, because it had the signature nozzle shape on it as like when you do a cold pull

Thanks for that. The lesson for me then is to make sure the filament isn’t tapered before it goes in the AMS.
Not filament loading issue. The filament should always be cut at. 45 degree angle when loses to reduce issues.

There seems to be some ongoing issues with this. Caused by brittle filament from taking in water. I’m away for work but if someone is a bout cans can replace the AMS desiccant. That might help a bit
