Hi, this photo shows (with lid removed) the case and modules which will make up 95% of an amplifier I want to assemble. Panel sockets, indicator LEDs etc. to be added to back and front.
I want to use the metal workshop pillar drill to drill mounting holes for everything and tap some of them for machine screws to mount the amplifier modules and bridge rectifiers to the heatsink insides without the screws showing externally.
For future serviceability ideally I’d add a (steel, with cutouts) sub-frame with transformers, two smaller pcbs and capacitors mounted on it so the bottom panel need not have anything screwed to it and can be removed for access.
I can wire the thing together at home once everything is in place.
