Anyone know where to find the plastic welder

We have the plastic welder listed in the metalworking tools. I looked through drawers and compartments in that area, but couldn’t find it. Does anyone know where this might be?

Any ideas @scythian? It was hanging around in the main cubby shelf for a long time.
