We are planning to do a trip to Finland, Sabrina my daughter (6th form Graphic design at the Brit) is in the process of deep diving into her latest special interest:

I’ve lived in Turku for few years and can second Karin, I’m not sure if I’ve ever met anyone who didn’t speak at least basic English.
I live near the Finnish church in Rotherhithe, they’re a very friendly bunch and my only reference for the Finnish community in London so may be worth getting in touch?
that would be useful, she is thinking she might need to learn some Finish - She also is into Aurora and some of the more tribal music coming out of Finland so we was hoping to take in some music events or a festival.
