Amaterials list for usage in the vac forming machine

Hi all, myself and Howard tried out the vac forming machine yesterday and I was quite impressed how well it performs how ever there is not a comprehensive guide as to what materials it will except ( thickness Pet types or Perspex ) if anyone has a guide list as to what it would accept it would be most helpful, Brian

You’ve been here: https://www.mayku.me/tech-specs?

What are some examples of what we can make, or types of things?

HIPS is probably the easiest to form - it has a nice wide range of temperatures over which it is soft enough to work with.

https://www.hindleys.com/index.php/perspex-design-materials/vacuum-forming-sheets.html

it says
‘The Mayku FormBox works best with thermoplastic sheets of 0.25 - 1.5mm in thickness.’

maybe worth putting a sign on the box to make sure no one tries it with 4mm acrylic from the lazer store
