Advice on heat extraction / ventilation for community supermarket

A few years ago Dermot and some others very kindly installed an air filter in a tenants hall in an estate in Camberwell and I’m wondering if there’s anyone who could advise or help with another similar project.

I’m volunteering at the Spring Community Hub in Vestry Road in Camberwell which includes a small low-cost supermarket for anyone on benefits / a low income. The supermarket is in a small room with a big freezer and two big fridges which all generate a lot of heat, and we would like to improve the ventilation to keep the room cooler. There’s a fan in the ceiling but it doesn’t seem to do much and their maintenance person would appreciate advice on how to improve the ventilation to regulate the temperature, without adding anything too noisy.

If you might be able to help that would be fantastic, if you DM me your email address I will put you in touch with the relevant person.
