Recommendation sought: One-off water or laser cut steel or stainless steel in London?

Hello SLMS,
I’ve been a silent member for many years due to health issues and the fact that I now work in W. London, so I never even get anywhere close to you - but I hang on to the dream…

I need to find a supplier of a steel or stainless steel sheet of 2mm or 3mm thickness, approx. 1m x 0.7m with 24 holes cut or drilled in precise location. The kind of job a laser-cutter would do, or even nicer: a water-jet.

I looked at Fractory but their minimum order seems to be 10 units, which is 9 more than I’ll ever need. Can someone recommend a maker or professional supplier who could run this as a one-off without charging the world?
