Whats the procedure for new members to get a key

I joined a month ago but havent been to the space yet. I wasnt really sure what to do next? Do I need to get a key fob to access the space?

How do I get access to the space? All members are entitled to a key fob which will unlock the front door. Permission to open the roller shutter has to be added on once we get to know you.
