Using Laser cutter on Open Day?

Hi,

I need to get some cutting done but the only day I can do this week is Wednesday, I appreciate this is an open day so is it okay to be cutting whilst the open evening is going on?

I think it’s generally nice to be able to see something interesting going on. Personal opinion though.

Cool, well unless there are any objections shall plan to do some on Weds.

I agree with Pete: the more stuff going on during open evening the better… But the hosts need to make sure members who want to get on with their projects don’t spend the whole evening talking to guests! This takes a bit of skill and awareness.

The main thing is to watch out for smoke/fumes and open the door if necessary.
