Tying up membership loose ends

Hi, long story short, I was bought a 3 month membership for Christmas. It must have run out sooner than I though as I couldn’t get into the space the other day. In the mean time I have setup a direct debit etc. it should come out of my account on the 20th (which I thought would have been plenty of overlap). Obviously I already have a key fob so I just want to make sure all the loose ends are tied up/ will be tied up on the 20th so that next time I stop by my key fob will work.
