My tag isn’t being recognised, even though I thought it had been registered by now.

Sorry for the inconvenience but I can’t find any message for key activation under your name. If you remember the time you tabbed your key today I am happy to activate it.

Hi Bruce,

Directors messaged you back on the 28th that the time of your tag in did not match anything in the logs. Would you mind tagging again and following these steps? Enrolling a new keyfob (tag)
