Does anyone know who owns the spaces under the arches in Herne hill?
My guess would be railway network… But im Not sure

They’ve kicked everyone out so they can refurb and put the rent up. Existing tenants get first refusal.
In other words I would keep looking. The work there is already behind and was going to take 18 months so at least another year.
Two ideas: there’s a space next to the cafe under the bridge now. They divided their unit in half. Not sure what’s happening there. Second idea would be to run classes at the existing health place opposite sainsburys by the underpass.
