Shutter not working

Shutter is not coming down this evening, what’s the best course of action? Can we bring it down manually?

It’s coming up on discourse
Relays are clicking
Shutter is not coming down

Fixed for now. Got it down with jonathan’s help.

I find it really hard to believe these issues are the hardware, could it be an issue with the power supply or relays?
