Shutter access query

hi there, I got two people to vouch for me for shutter access as it said on discourse. however I’m outside and my fob isn’t opening the shutters.
Is there anyone with advice or help?

I have no idea. I did notice your name on discourse doesn’t show as ‘member’ so maybe a payment issue? I’m just guessing at this situation though. Hopefully someone with authority will clarify.

I couldn’t find you by your name or discourse username on the member list either.

I’m here with @boldaslove. He has the shutter open but none of our fobs are opening the door. We are both trying to get the door open with our fobs.
My Direct Debit is set up.
