Sewing Machine Oil

Hi all,

Do we have some sewing machine oil in the space?
I have a piece of equipment (not a sewing machine!) that I’m told should be lubricated with sewing machine oil. I’d like to try a bit out first before buying a bottle.

I have a tiny little thing of oil for my electric shaver at home if that’s a suitable alternative

Hi Max - thanks for the offer! You reminded me that I bought hair clippers during lockdown (used three times :slight_smile: and they also came with a tiny bottle of oil. I’ve no idea what grade it is and whether it’s the same stuff as sewing machine oil.
