That’s one reason why I went Motorola. Google have priced themselves out of my pocket and Motorola seem next best for nearly plain Android and frequent updates. Having said that, no sign of Android 7 for the G4 yet!

I think I will move to the xiaomi and switch to EE, 4GB of data for £15. Ive been on giffgaff for 4 years and its been very slow lately.

I went for the Xperia X Compact in the end. Nice and small, 3GB and usb C sealed the deal (I’ve had it up to here with flaky micro USB connections).
