Laser cut chips out of any interesting scraps we have lying around? Could be a fun thing to hand out at events… and for practical purposes we could keep a catalogue of chips made on the laser in different materials at different settings - to help people to work out the settings they need…

I’ve got a set of poker chips.

Used to do a Texas Hold Um Tournament at s friends house.

£10 per player tournament X 8 people.
Winnners take all.
Or do £50 / £30 - winner / runner up.
Can use time limit if nessercrry.

Or increase the blinds every round of deals

I’d be down for an open morning hosting, evenings are pretty awkward for me.

Blinds normally go up every 30 mins.

mark a point on the table, every time it goes past that the blinds go up

so when there is 8 players blinds go up every 8 deals

3 players every 3 deals

2 players, every other deal
