Argh my key fob isn’t working!!!
@unknowndomain @tomnewsom my key fob isn’t working - any ideas?? There is nothing in the safe either.
Hmmm. It says you operated the shutter in the log. At 10:21 and again literally just now.
You’re holding the fob against the M logo and then holding the UP button?
Yep. I think I can hear it trying to move but nothing is happening.
And the mechanic was being a patronising f****er trying to show me how to work our shutter (!!!) and its pissing it down and I have no coat and have to reverse the car all the way from canopy as all the spaces are taken. Argh!!!
Have retreated to the coffee shop in case anyone is able to magically fix it remotely.
Sad, wet face.

@SarahJ - we think it’s stuck at the top somewhere. If you can get up there safely, there might be something obvious you can do.
We need to have a system for when this happens.
I have the winder, @unknowndomain has the padlock key.
Key can go in keysafe, winder can be stored somewhere.
But you’d also need a ladder…

Ok. I wasn’t sure. It looked very neat but a bit odd.
A man came into the cafe who looked wet, cold and a bit makerspacey so I asked him if he was Andrew. He wasn’t.
