Cool thanks, yes please I’ll need someone with shutter access
Also: any project photos/info about you we can share across our social media platforms?
Hmm… maybe in a fews if I finish something
How was last week?
Here i am again - looking for a volunteer to meet and greet the maker-curious tonight.
I’ll hold off for a while before @ing everyone.
Hey, yeah last week went alright I think
@members we need a host for tonight’s Open Evening. And of course for people to sign up for future open evenings.
A great chance to show off our fantastic space.
Who’ll be the hero/heroine?
I can start doing them in about 2 weeks. Do I need any training?
Sorry - can’t do this eve - I was hoping to but need to dash home.
Just chatted to @inmandmk and he will stick about for open eve. He has shutter access too which will be useful
Much appreciated guys!
Is anyone hosting this weds? If not I can do it!
Did you just read my mind Ross?
There’s no one signed up, so you’re this week’s host.
London Hackspace closed its doors this last weekend, so we might have a surge of interest.
Any photos/info for social media?
Happy to help out too, would be good to get involved and not do my first open evening solo (although would if required) I have amended the rota, but was concerned that I don’t have shutter access yet - hence can’t open/close up.
I haven’t hosted an evening so it will be great to do it together.
What time will you be able to meet? I’ll try to be there for around 630 to give the place a spruce up.
Any scraps for me to throw to the social media wolves? Pictures/project plans/enthusiasms…
I will aim for 1830 also, but realistically it is more likely to be closer to 1900.
We’ll muddle through together!
I don’t really have any projects in hand currently, maybe @rosszeibari does?
See you tonight Ross, hopefully the weather does not keep people away!
Oh I forgot to ask, Ross, do you have shutter access?
If not, will anyone with access be around before and afterwards?
I’m planning on heading down there later.
edit: happy to help out with tours / putting the kettle on, or cover it you can’t make it due to snow.
