hi there! im Morgan a new member and I was wondering if anyone could explain how access to the space works? is there a fob I need to come down and get from someone and then activate it? if anyone could let me know on the process on entering the space for the first time I would really appreciate it! Was wondering if I could come down today if anyone is about to show me the ropes? Thanks so much! - Morgan 
You would be well advised to come on a Wednesday open day where everything is explained and we have a welcoming team to answer questions. You do need a fob and it does need to be activated.
Out of curiosity, what made you become a member before coming and visiting the space?

ok thank you ! I have had recommendations from lots of my friends who are already members and being a new graduate really needed a workshop space to continue making! the facilities all sound amazing and its very affordable
thank you very much! I saw it says to come down when the space is open and get a fob and activate it on site? I don’t suppose I could do that today? if not ill just come on the Wednesday
Check the calendar at the top of discourse to see when the space is open. Even when there isn’t a booking, the space is often open. On a Sunday, the space is closed until 11 for cleaning
